EDIT: Okay, the only things I can see that would make it more realistic: Have the pavement crack when stepped on and when the robot falls down. Also, with the robot footsteps, and when he falls, the parked cars I think would rock on their springs slightly. Also, perhaps a few sparks and more dusty debris when he destroys the aparment; maybe let some of it hang in the air. That is, of course, if you wanted too. I was just playing it back in slow motion... :D
