Most famous maybe of all Haydn trios for piano violin and Cello, mostly because of his use in the very exciting last movement, of Gipsy tunes. Since there was at the time of that concert no proper piano-forte available, we used all three modern instruments, but of course, keeping in with the proper way of playing from the time, so as, for the last movement, keeping with the Gipsy tradition, much older than Haydn anyway.
