This Academy Award nominated animated short from 2001 from Zanita Films features excellent examples of layout and composition. The camera moves and pans from unexpected angles and sets the pace for the story's surprises. Excellent 3D lighting and textures establish a mood of stark grey isolation, with the devil in the details. Would like to see a larger version here. 496 x 208 QuickTime movie.
